Iain Larkins

Iain has over 14 years’ in-house legal experience with 7 years as the Group General Counsel for Mercedes-Benz Group. In September 2013 Iain founded Radius Law. In addition, Iain has held a number of non-executive roles, is a contributing author for LexisNexis and a regular speaker particularly on legal management and corporate compliance topics.

A General Counsel with a range of industry & international experience

He has been involved in retail, manufacturing and financial services businesses, with operations in the UK and overseas. He has worked with public and privately owned businesses ranging from small family businesses to international conglomerates.

Assisting a portfolio of companies as their GC/ Legal Director

As director and founder of Radius Law most of his time is now spent on business development but also acts as the retained legal adviser to businesses in the automotive sector and in software development.

Personal

Iain lives in St Albans, and has three young children (two daughters and a son). He enjoys running and has completed many marathons and half marathons, but training is becoming less frequent with the demands of family life and a growing business.
