Alison Mackay

Alison has over 25 years global experience in professional services environments. Her roles have included leading projects such as the first global outsourcing of human resources activities in partnership with Hewitt. In addition, she has extensive experience of India and a passion for the richness and creativity that diversity of thought brings to senior management teams.

Organisational experience includes over a decade at Goldman Sachs plus Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, Barclays, Lucas Aerospace and Accenture. Alison has extensive management and leadership experience and has spent many years building, integrating and facilitating global teams and external vendors to achieve exceptional business performance.

In her current role, Alison provides human capital management consulting on people strategy and impact of global business transitions to a number of different organisations. Recent assignments include developing the change management strategy for a global business transformation initiative and designing programmes to improve retention and increase diversity at board level.
Personal
Alison is a qualified executive coach and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Goldsmith’s College, University of London. She and her husband live in Hampshire with their three boys. Personal interests include the guitar, pilates and running.
